I was so honored to be asked to be in the New York Times yesterday. I never imagined 9 years ago when I started this project that I would actually be covered in the article as part of the many who are taking on Mt Everest. It dealt with what precautions I have taken to fly to a foreign country (NEPAL) and confront Corona Virus which has wrecked havoc world wide.
Simple answer is I’m double vaccinated, wear a mask and over the top super healthy. I feel great about where I sit for this epic challenge and am not worried about getting sick or giving it to anyone. I do have concerns about lines and/or mother nature.
